This thing is to small for my dogs poop and the trap door doesn’t really close. It’s pretty much a piece of junk.
NPNeater Pets8 months agoHello,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. The door is designed to close when the item is tilted forward. If it isn’t closing, it may be catching on the bag. Please make sure the bag is seated smoothly and free of air bubbles that could interfere with the door. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of the purchase date. - LRLisa R.Verified BuyerReviewingLift N' Bag Dog Pooper Scooper 2.0 - 6" Handle Version Black Scoop w/ Black Bin / 15 BagsI do not recommend this productType of Pet DogPet Size Medium (23-55 lbs)Rated 1 out of 5 stars1 year agoWorst thing I have ever bought
It scrapes the poop up just fine, along with half your grass, the poop doesn’t go directly in the bag because of the flap that closes, it ALL STICKS ON THERE!!! So you have more to clean up than just using the bag!!! I do have to say I enjoy the thickness of the bags and I like them!! But the thing that supposedly helps clean up the poop, just makes cleaning up much harder because now you have an extra thing to clean!! Wasn’t impressed and I don’t like it, sorry, I really wanted to
