The bowls that we bought prior to these had a copper interior and black exterior. We were having to replace them frequently because the interior coating was getting licked away. Not good for our dogs and not a good look. Love these newer bowls with the copper on the outside and no color on the inside. They look nice and seem like they will be safer for our dogs. For some reason, they also fit in our dog feeders a little better (we used to have to add a washcloth between the bowl and the feeder to avoid them clanging around when our dogs ate). These fit nicely with no major movement while eating or drinking. We got 4 of them. We're happy with this purchase.
Love the Hammered Copper Bowls except one thing, we have to remove the non-slip areas from the back. The Dogs chew them off...etc etc...LOL...

I love them
My daughter just moved into a new home for them, built in 1945! She has chosen hammered coppe4 as her cookware and used it as accents in more than one room. These feeding bowls matched perfectly for her dog and cat. She was very happy to get them as a special gift. I’m sure the animals are happy with them as well!
Bowls are nice and sturdy and have slip grips on the bottom to keep them from being pushed around.
