Lilliput is my small dog (at 5 pounds she's about a third the size of my brother's cat). She eats much better with the shallower bowl. The bottom holds her food higher making it easier for her to reach. She still raids Moxie's food in the egg carton dish. Just in case she gets something better.
These extra feeding bowls are exactly what I needed for my 3 new kittens! They fit perfectly into my 4 Neater Feeders, including the one already being used by my little Chihuahua. They're also dishwasher safe. With so many pets, I couldn't have too many of these great bowls.
